The Ultimus Administrator module provides powerful, centralized capabilities and conveniences for managing and administering business processes for small or large organizations.

It also provides the tools necessary to manage exceptions that are common in every organization.

Ultimus Administrator supports unified log on. When a user starts the application, the software determines the user's name from the operating system, then controls what they can do based on their access rights.

Version Control

If you change your business process design, Ultimus allows you to install the new version and transition to the new version seamlessly and painlessly. Again, you do not have to do anything to manage the transition. Ultimus makes sure that all new incidents of the process use the new definition and Forms and all in-process incidents use the old version. The old version is un-installed when it is no longer needed.

Graphical Business Process Monitoring

The Monitor View in the Ultimus Administrator graphically monitors the status of all process incidents. You no longer have to play telephone tag to find out where your purchase order or document is within the organization. Features include the following:
