Introduction
John Fitzgerald, from JLC Business Service, is available for database and web consultancy work. Over the past few years John Fitzgerald has provided a range of consultancy services for a number of Legal and Financial Firms in London, as well as a number of SME in the Kent region. This work has ranged from simple support and maintenance, through updating and checking a number of applications to writing a full set of applications.
Skills
John Fitzgerald skills include detailed knowledge of SQL, VBA, VB, ASP/ASP.Net and VBScript. He has done a considerable amount of development work with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly templates and document automation in MS Word, financial models MS Excel and turn key database solutions in MS Access as well as Microsoft SQL server.
With the increase is the use of web technologies both for external and internal application within firms. John Fitzgerald has been increasing involved in developing standards based web sites, using current best practices and symantically structured code. These types of web site make full use of XHTML, for page structure, and CSS for design and layout control.
