We know it's frustrating when a website like this doesn't provide prices1, so although we can't list exact prices because of the nature of the business, we can give an indication of price levels.
Recent Projects
One of the smallest tasks we have undertaken was taking a client's ASP code, doing an audit of it, and fixing some possible SQL injection problems. We charged £2K for this work.
JLC Business Services built a BPM process for a customer who already had Ultimus. This included all business analysis, design, development, testing and implementation. We charged around £25K covering around 26 days work.
One of our larger projects was developing, implementing, management and support of a series of business processes with in a Financial Institue. Our fee for this was around £150K.
BPM Solutions
Your own Ultimus BPM Suite License
You purchase the suite and install and run it on your own servers.
A typical Ultimus system including the software license, installation help, training and the first year's support will be around £50K. Obviously this is dependent on the capacity of the server and the number of users licenses required.
Process Development
We work out our charge for process design and development by looking at the size of your project and working out how many days it would take to do.
A simple process - like a Pencil Request - would probably cost £5K to develop, and this would be broken down as:
- Business analysis (1K)
- Visual prototyping (1K)
- Process development (1K)
- User training and help materials (1.5K)
- Implementation support (.5K)
Other Development & Consulting Services are charged on a time and materials basis. The daily rate for the team varies depending on the skill and experience of the person required for the job - a developer typically is charged at £650 per day, and our most experienced consultants around £1,000 per day.
